Pension Kappel - Ried im Innkreis

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The parking area was spacious and fit our big vehicle easily. Unfortunately, these were the only two positive aspects of our stay.

The check-in process was confusing and inconvenient. We arrived late at night and had to call a number to receive the key.

The hotel was conveniently located with easy parking for bigger vehicles, but unfortunately, that was . the room was bare, lacking even a minibar for water. there was no one at the reception when we arrived late, and we had to call for the key.

The breakfast served at the hotel was extremely basic and bland, failing to provide even the basic variety of foods.

Spent Christmas here with my family last year and we enjoyed it a lot. the hotel had a festive ambiance with beautiful Christmas decorations. the room was cozy, clean, and spacious enough for us and we had a good night's sleep. the breakfast was satisfying with a good selection of hot and cold food. We also enjoyed the free parking and the helpful staff who assisted us with our luggage and were friendly and welcoming.

I had a great stay in this hotel. The staff was kind and helpful during my time here. The parking was easy and spacious, making it great for bigger cars. The location was lovely, with nice green and calm outside for a relaxing getaway. The room wassuper clean and cozy, and the breakfast provided was delicious.
